As a member of m + p, our ideal HR Manager/Recruiter is a self-starter, curious, organized and detail oriented. The position serves as a consultant to management on HR-related issues, seeks to develop integrated solutions, and formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to managers and employees throughout the business unit. You are responsible for ensuring that we continue to hire and retain the best talent. You will also have a hand in promoting our brand and developing strong and lasting relationships with hiring managers and external talent to continue improving our talent strategy. Our HR Manager/Recruiter will report directly to the SVP of Talent.
